Hello again all!…Fantastic Weekend for Edmonton!..Well The Oilers won 9-3 over Chicago!..But the Esks didn’t quite make it against  BC!..:(  I had a busy weekend with my business!..I had a Property Inspection!..That went well!..Took good care of My Buyers!..Got them some $$$off the price due to the inspection!..Also I Listed a New Hot Property in North Glenora on Friday Nov 18th!..It went Pending the next day!..The market is heating up!..All signs are showing a great 2012 & beyond!..Lets see what this week brings!…:) See ya next Monday!..Great time to buy right now!…

Well..Its been since June….. The last time I wrote on my Blog!..Here I am again!..All is Good!..The second half of 2011 has been brisk!…All indicators are showing that all markets are coming around here in Alberta & Edmonton too!..I can see our Real Estate market heating up now!!..& it will carry forward into 2012!…I’m ready!..Are YOU?!..
